Elite Ultrarunner

Steph currently focuses on road ultra marathons, having moved up through the distances in her career.

Steph ran her first ultra marathon in 2024 (Two Oceans Marathon in Cape Town) where she placed 10th, which sparked the passion to continue down the ultra path and see what she could achieve.

Steph was selected to run for England in 2025 in her first 100k event, where she placed 5th. She is now keen to progress her performances in ultra distances to be a competitive name in big races.

Steph discovered PF&H through running friends who raved about the products! Steph was keen to nail her race day and training nutrition to ensure she could perform optimally for long durations, especially in the heat.

Away from running, Steph works in Finance for a gym brand, keeping her passion for fitness closely aligned! Steph also co-hosts a running podcast, 5 Miles Easy, with Rose Harvey.
