Three-time Norseman Winner

Allan was a latecomer to triathlon as he fell in love with the sport at the age of 23 when he signed up for the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon.

Since then, Allan has won the Norseman three times and has also claimed victories and podium finishes at the Swissman and Patagonman. It's fair to say that the long distances are his speciality and he has been to the IRONMAN World Championships in Hawaii twice.

After underperforming in hot races for years, Allan discovered Precision Fuel & Hydration and took an Advanced Sweat Test, which revealed that he's a very salty sweater. Nailing his sodium and hydration intake was key to Allan finally producing his best performances in the heat.

In addition to being a pro triathlete, Allan is a process technician on an oil rig, a father of two small kids and runs Norway's Advanced Sweat Test Centre.
