Reliable Fuel for Long Miles: Simple, Effective, and Gut-Friendly
I’ve been using Precision Fuel & Hydration’s PF 30 Chews and their 30g carb / 1000mg sodium drink mix during long runs and bike rides, and they’ve been excellent. The chews are soft, easy to eat, and not overly sweet—great when gels start getting tiring. The drink mix has a mild taste, delivers solid energy, and keeps my hydration on point without upsetting my stomach. Both are simple, effective, and easy on the gut—perfect for endurance efforts.

Great fuel for long efforts.
Finished my first 100-miler without any energy dips mainly sustained on the PF carb drink and the 90g gels. Great product(s), nice and mild flavour that you can ingest over long periods of time without any issues. Can highly recommend.
