Gamechanger
A triple sized gel with a resealable lid is something I didn't even realise I needing in my life! Obviously no good for those medium/long runs where a normal 30g gel would suffice, but for those big long marathon sessions these are PERFECT! Taste great and actually work. Bought my second box of 10 just recently.

Best gel on the market

I’ve had an amazing experience with Precision Fuel & Hydration products. Their customer service is top notch, and on race day, their fuelling provides zero surprises. Needed a big ask for a big race !
I started using Ph after my regular nutrition was making me feel sick and I had booked Portugal Ironman. I needed something I could use a lot of and that worked ,PH worked , but I practiced months leading up to the race and used it for 70.3, not kidding though it’s not cheap using it like that it was £60-70 per month sometimes more for very long sessions. PF&H nothing but the BEST!
I have tried many gels all different brands, but once I started with precision fuel, I knew I finally found what works. On my 6 hour rides, it was difficult to carry so many gels. The 90 allowed me to carry just the right amount and was so convenient to use on the ride. No more worries about tons of gel packs. The only thing that I would change is the dispensing of the gel.
