Ok, so it's not a Caramel Macchiato. (Try chugging a Caramel Macchiato in race conditions without ending up with third degree burns...)

Great Products, Great Brand
I first started using Precision Fuel & Hydration products last year, beginning with the PF30 gels. One of the biggest things for me was how easy they were on my stomach compared to other products I'd tried, which gave me the confidence to gradually explore more of the range. Since then, I've become a big fan of the brand. The products are great, but I also love everything else that comes with it. The marketing is spot on, the London Marathon photo shoot had me laughing, and I enjoy following the athletes and events that Precision gets involved with. I'm currently training for my first Backyard Ultra, and Precision Fuel & Hydration has become my go to for fuelling and hydration. From training runs to race preparation, I feel like they have everything I need to give myself the best chance of performing well on the day. No more Gut issues
Before using PH&F I’ve used different gel during my training and race day but after my race , I always issues with my gut But since I used the PH&F products I have no more issues

These work for me!!
I used the starter pack whilst running 54km during a fairly warm and sunny day. The gels tasted great, and I especially liked the caffeine option. I'm a sweaty runner and used the 1500 capsules in my drinks and one sodium capsule toward the end. I felt good all day, had no cramps or overly fatigued legs. Importantly, I had no stomach issues, and am confident these products work for me. Easy to use products with great supporting info, fast delivery.
It’s popular for a reason!
I’m loving the precision range as I train for my next Ironman triathlon race. The carb+electrolyte mix is super easy to stomach, the mint/lemon chews and chew bars melt in your mouth and the gels have a great mouth feel, drinkable consistency and the flavour is nice and simple. After mixing and matching bars/gels/chews/electrolytes of multiple brands for years I’ve now found my one stop shop for all my fuel needs- I’m a convert!
