The flow gel is the best gel I’ve found so far, mild but still pleasant tasting. The crab drink mix also has a good flavor and makes hitting my carb targets easy.
fueling my 180km Ironman Bike
I'm using this product to fuel my bike portion of my ironman. I'm getting the carbs I need, quantify I need and convenience in the large package. I empty the carb into a bottle and sip every 20 mins.

Echt heel fijn spul. Smaakt neutraal. Handig in gebruik. En lekker geconcentreerd, dus met twee 500ml bidons heb ik ruim voldoende koolhydraten voor 180 km fietsen. Ideaal. Wel flink aan de prijs. Gelukkig kun je her en der nog wel een kortingcode vinden.

i compete in long distance ocean paddling events the flow gel 300 was excellent. Very easy to consume, actually tasted very nice (even after a few hours) did the business carbo wise. Excellent product.

Fuel I trust for training and race day
Since I started using Precision Fuel & Hydration, it has really simplified my fuelling for both training and racing. Having my carbohydrate and hydration products from one brand that I know works well for me has made a huge difference, particularly as I’ve been training for Ironman events. One of the biggest things for me is how well the products sit on my stomach. Watermelon chews are a game changer
Love how they take the guess work out of the fuelling. Gels are more than manageable and non sticky and those watermelon chews are so nice!
