Nutrition Made Easy
Loved that Precision came out with this product! Makes figuring out nutrition in the 70.3 and Ironman bike legs dead easy. Wish it was a bit runnier (i.e like liquid) so that I could get it down easier during long hard efforts, but it's still my go to for long rides!

Excellent products. I use 30g carb gels, 30g carb with 100mg caffeine and 1000 electrolyte tablets as per the personal plan which was created for me using the website. Taste and texture/consistency have been well designed to allow you to continue using them over a race/training session without experiencing stomach problems.

Happy to have found this awesome gel
This stuff is great - nice neutral taste, not too sweet or sticky, goes down easily and doesn't irritate my sensitive gut. Love that it comes in a bulk size for filling flasks to avoid all the plastic waste of single serving gel packets.

Love love love these!!!
1st off. The ordering process was amazing. No guessing. It was received, went right out, and I was notified promptly. Next, all 3 of those products are amazing. I’m switching from a much sweeter brand that was loaded with caffeine. Not only do I get that same energy instantly taking these products but my caffeine intake is also way down. Important for someone that trains primarily in the afternoon.

Perfect fuel for long ride
Used during 3H+ ride, it perfectly fullfield its role in providing the carbs for the ride.
Good taste and no stomach issue (for 90g carb/h consumption).
Would clearly use it for 70.3 or full Ironman distance.

I have been using PF&H products since around February as part of my fuelling strategy for a recent 70.3 event having heard of them through a podcast. Having now utilised the full range of products purchased, and successfully completing my designated event using the full array I cannot rate the products, or the service highly enough. I utilised the online plan generator for the main event, and a practice event 4 week prior. The plans are well produced, logical and achievable. I cannot rate PF&H p...
