Best gels on the market
The gels taste great and are easy on the stomach. Have no issue taking 5 or 6 on my longer runs. Electrolyte tablets work great for me to prevent any cramps and would highly recommend.

The best fuel and hydration around!
Training for my first 70.3 and was really struggling to find fuel /hydration that I could handle not just the taste but the texture! The gels are amazing, I love the taste, it's not overpowering - but where it really shines is the texture!! The electrolyte tabs are also amazing, flavour isn't too strong and a lil effervescent really helps!
Never using anything else.
I'm fully converted to PF&H. I have previously used a number of different products (SIS, Maurten etc) and PF&H are the best I've tried. Not only for fueling, but also the way I can tailor my hydration to ensure I'm replacing the right about of sodium etc. I honestly dont know where I'd be without the 1500 sodium tabs (actually I do...without them I'd be cramping by the side of the road). If you havent tried their products give them, a go, you wont be disappointed (also if you are having cramping issues etc then go get a sweat test done).

Swansea 70.3 Fuelling
I recently competed in the Swansea 70.3 and used precision products in my training and on the day. I loved the products as they kept me on top of my fuelling plan and also loved seeing all the athletes wearing precision merch! So much so, I had to order a bucket hat when I got home as I got FOMO from seeing them all during the race.
Game Changer
Before I found precision hydration I struggled to get past cramp and had no real understanding of my hydration needs. The website made it super easy to see the benefits of each product and when I used the site to mock up an event nutrition plan it went better than I could have imagined.
