Best products for a sensitive stomach
I have been taking the 100mg/30g, sodium tablets and 90g carb packets & gels on long brick workouts and it has been great. Easy to put down and easy on my stomach. I can easily consume 50-60g of carbs an hour and not have any cramps, stomach issues or GI issues. I really enjoy these products and will be using them during my races.
Gels (30g & 90g) & Electrolyte Pills
I’ve been using Precision Fuel’s 30g and 90g gels along with their electrolyte pills for training and longer efforts, and overall I’ve been really impressed with how well everything works together. The gels are easily one of the biggest highlights. Both the 30g and 90g options are super practical depending on the session. The 30g gels are perfect for shorter runs or topping up mid-workout, while the 90g gels are a game changer for longer sessions or races when you don’t want to carry multiple packets. Texture-wise, they’re more fluid than your typical gel, which makes them really easy to take down without that thick, sticky feeling. They’re also not overly sweet, which is a huge plus—especially late in a long effort when sugary products can get hard to stomach. In terms of performance, the energy delivery feels very steady. I didn’t experience any spikes or crashes, and most importantly, no stomach issues at all—even when pushing the intake a bit higher. That alone makes them stand out compared to a lot of other gels I’ve tried. The electrolyte pills complement the gels really well. They’re simple, effective, and easy to take on the go. I’ve found they help a lot with maintaining hydration, especially in warmer conditions or during longer sessions when sweat loss is higher. No cramping, no bloating, and they’re gentle on the stomach, which is always a concern with electrolyte products. Overall, Precision has nailed it with this lineup. Everything is straightforward, easy to use, and most importantly, it works. Whether you’re training or racing, the combination of the gels and electrolyte pills provides consistent energy and hydration without any of the usual downsides. Definitely something I’ll keep using.
Great customer service, the best taste
Had issues with my initial order due to Royal Mail which was resolved efficiently. Taste of the products are the best I have tried. Texture is very easy to consume and is easy on the stomach.
Carb mix and 90g gel pack
Such great products. I have a very sensitive stomach and was nervous to try something new. Having heard good things, I took the risk. The carb drink mix is great on the stomach. The flavour is quite plain but I add my own electrolytes for more flavour. The 90g carb gel is great as well on the stomach. Quite a generic flavour and has regular gel consistency.

I purchased the 90g gel pouch and the 30g chews. Both in the original flavor. I would recommend both. I used the pouch for any ride that was going to be over 4 hours. Very easy to handle on the bike. I just opened the cap before riding. The chews were for shorter rides. They have a powder coating and did not get sticky even when stored in my jersey pocket. The original flavor has a very mild taste which makes it more palatable when you don't feel like eating.
Wouldn't use any other products
Always a fast service and arrival on time when expected, products are great and miles better than any of the others.
Best gel I‘ve tried so far
Really the best gel I‘ve tried so far. Others had awful artificial flavoring, but these have a very subtle honey-like flavor. They are easy to swallow and digest.
Excellent product, difficult open/close
As an ultra cyclist I love being able to nurse one of these per hour instead of opening several packets with my teeth. I love the product and recommend it to other athletes all the time. However, PLEASE please please make the cap a twist open/close instead of a twist off. The way it is now, the cap is so difficult to deal with on a bike.
