Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Best solution to replenish sodium
Convenient to take especially when running. Gives the boost needed especially in hot conditions like we have in South Africa. Don’t have to play the catch-up game after a session trying to replenish lost salts.

Easy to Stomach, Easy to use
I converted to Precision Hydration after my last 70.3 Ironman when I had some stomach issues from my previous hydration & nutrition company. Precision Hydration is a quality & easy supplement to take on board making my training easier. I head into my first race of the year on 11th May and will be taking P&H onboard through out the day.

Nutrition products I have been waiting for
I have used just about every nutrition product out there. Some good, some not so good. However, the Precision Hydration family of nutrition is fantastic. I have been using the drink mix at 90 grams an hour, unlike other formulas it is not overly sweet and it is easy to digest. The gels are tasty on go down very easy. No problem recommending Precision Hydration.
Excellent customer service, super communication, quality products that have improved my training intensity and recovery speed. The products aren’t cheap, but they do make a difference. I’ve had no adverse reactions whatsoever. The products are easy to open on the move. I’ve given 4 stars as I do feel the price is high. Nevertheless, I’ve no problem recommending precision products.

World 24 hour test
Switched to PH products during my training for the world 24 hour champs in Taiwan. After the salinity test and recommended salt intake, I was amazed at the elimination of cramping and crashing especially during training and after about 16 hours during the event. The crash did eventually happen but suspect it was due to lack other fuel requirements. The ph1500 tasted great and I had no nausea throughout. Finding out that I am one of the highest salinity sweaters tested was absolutely key!
