Tailor your carb intake to the work required, delivering up to 120g of carb per litre. Then add the right strength Precision Hydration Tablets, or swallow Electrolyte Capsules, to hit your sodium numbers.

Second batch ordered so must be working!
Just ordered mt 2nd batch, I've tried lots of gels and carb drinks and these work really well for me. I find them gentle on the stomach, easy to digest and they taste good. Most importantly, I've managed some of my best times using these on marathons and halfs. Would fully recommend and delivered quickly too

I've been a loyal customer to another brand for several years but have grown less satisfied with their products including fake taste, difficulty digesting, and not really bang per g for carbs or sodium. I am genuinely a bit shocked just how good Precision stuff is, not to mention easy to digest, effective and I absolutely love how clear the products are in terms of quanties you need for different intensities / sweat levels / etc. I have just crossed Spain, fuelled by these products in 33degree heat and I can honestly say at no point was I dehydrated or in a problematic car deficit. You can consider me a loyal Precision customer now!

Best fueling experience for ultras
Love your products. They are easy to eat and digest, especially the carb only drink mix which is the first that I tolerate that easily over very long runs ! Combine with the capsules and the gel, I’ve found the perfect combo.
