By far the best hydration suppliment I've used! I'm a shearer and struggled a lot with cramp. I took a sweat test and discovered that I lose a lot of salt in my sweat! Even with supermarket hydration drinks such as vita sport and powerade I would cramp up! The 1500s work amazing and I havnt had a problem with cramping since taking them! It also taste great and isn't too sweat like other electrolytes!

Absolutely love all the products. My training/race day favourites are the 90g gel pouches, 1500 electrolyte drink sachets, 30g caffeine gels and 30g carb drink mix. Since using their products I haven’t cramped once! Something I really suffered with in previous race races. The gels aren’t sweet, quite pleasant actually, not too thick and easy to digest! I found that the energy surge was immediate and kept me feeling great throughout my last few ultra marathons, since using PH. I never felt hungry...

Amazing and truly makes the difference. I used Precision Hydration on normal long runs and races as well as when running up to 20k in humid 37°C. I’ve used other products over the years but they haven’t quite hit the mark in comparison. After running under all kinds of conditions without ill effects, and still with a comfortable level of hydration I don’t think I’ll find better.

I am training for a 36 hour endurance race and I have been using these products throughout my training. I have noticed a real difference in my energy and stamina. Also the products are very easy on the stomach for longer workouts.

Best products out there, real game-changers on race day and helps fueling training sessions properly to avoid feeling empty and running on energy-saving mode the following day.

Very good stuff, fast delivery

I recently completed The Roc Wales summer edition and this was my fuel of choice. The race was a half ironman distance including running up 3600ft elevation up Mount Snowdon. I followed the half Ironman fuel plan provided and it worked a treat, before the race I had an electrolyte drink and a caffeine gel followed by a mixture of electrolyte tablets in my water bottles for the bike legs, carbs gels and chews on the run and bike and had backups with electrolyte tablets just in case.
