Loving PF&H
I have tried a few different products over the years to fuel my runs but since landing on PF&H, I haven’t changed. The gels are easy on the stomach, easy to consume/digest and don’t taste awful! I particularly love the descriptive labelling on all products so it is easy to put together and stick to a fuelling and hydration plan. The PF&H team have been super helpful in sharing their wisdom and in helping to make small adjustments that help me get the best out of me and my training. Their gear is pretty cool too. Love this brand.
