Quality fueling and hydration
I have tried a selection of the PF&H products during my triathlon journey; gels, chews, and drinks, and I've had a sweat test.
I find the products have an easily palatable flavour and texture, especially over long distance efforts.
The advice I received whilst having the sweat test has been really beneficial to my training and events.

I only started using Precision Fuel recently, I have been using them on my long runs, getting ready to run in the London Marathon. I have had no stomach problems at all, the Gels are easy to take in and I quite like the taste, I think the Chews are great, 30G and 60G an easy way to get extra carbs in on the day, and the days before a big race.I have ordered the startle bundle, so I will be using all the products on the day, also it is good to be able to schedule a call from one of the staff at...
