Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Game Changer
Over the past three years, I’ve become deeply involved in the endurance world, and as any endurance athlete knows, nutrition is key. I’ve tried a wide range of brands, but none have matched the quality of Precision. Their products are incredibly easy to digest and simple to consume, even during demanding efforts.

Game Changers
Ive tried all the gels. And the precision fuel gels are in my top 2.
The 30g and 60g chews are a serious game changer for me who struggles with fuelling. Both easy to digest and have no issues with repeating. Also the sodium capsules are helping my marathon training. I would highly recommend all the above

Problem cramps
I am really prone to cramp. It has got me on pretty much every ultra and I was beginning to think that there was no solution. I decided to go for a sweat test and this highlighted just how much I was missing my electrolyte goals by. I definitely find I am more heat tolerant on long and hilly runs now. Just buy it.
