I use Precision Hydration on ultra runs, some of which are multi stage events lasting 6 days. I have found the salt tabs and hydration packets to be really effective as I sweat a lot and sometimes in warmer climates cramping can be a serious issue for me. Both products can easily fit in my race vest and are easy to open when running into checkpoints. They have a very mild flavour so no issues with not liking the taste. All the products i have tried from precision are fantastic. Their gels aren't too thick and sticky, the chews are a great alternative and another option to change it up on a long run. Precision is my go to for marathons, and long training runs, The electrolyte capsules are also great. Love it all that I've tried so far! Looking forward to trying the new watermelon chews!

As a runner training for a marathon I’ve found the carb gels are easy to open and consume when running and they give me the energy support I need on my longer runs.
