Electrolyte Capsules

Have made my long runs so much easier - not having to carry as much water has really helped. Great product - never feel dehydrated during or after runs now. The free catch up to go through your exact requirements was excellent and really helped me structure what I needed. Will be trying the gels when I train for my next marathon

All the products taste great. I have never experienced any gut issues with any of them. And their customer service is top notch.

Extremely clean and easily tolerated. I usually hate gels but these were easy to get down and keep down (even the caffeine ones!) Electrolyte capsules were amazing while running and tablets helped get me prepped before had. Also a great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Excellent quality - WADA approved. Have used the 1500 sachets as I'm a heavy sweater (sorry too much info 🤣) and the salt caps are really handy. Listening to a pod some years ago where Andy Blow (PH founder) was being interviewed - and I remember Andy saying success in endurance events is mainly about 3 things - nutrician, hydration and pace. Ive tried all the gels. And the precision fuel gels are in my top 2. The 30g and 60g chews are a serious game changer for me who struggles with fuelling.
