Why did I order Precision Sodium again? I run trails all year round, and it turns out that a lot of races are very hot. Of course, I do heat acclimatization, but I’ve realized this year that I simply can't do without sodium. I notice that with sodium supplementation, I don't get headaches during the race and can keep pushing hard even after ten hours. Plus, I like that Precision makes it so easy to adjust the dosage. The gels taste great and are easy on the stomach. Have no issue taking 5 or 6 on my longer runs. Electrolyte tablets work great for me to prevent any cramps and would highly recommend.

Great stuff: used on a 70.3 following all their advice. Hot day, didn't wilt!!

I recently competed in the Swansea 70.3 and used precision products in my training and on the day. I loved the products as they kept me on top of my fuelling plan and also loved seeing all the athletes wearing precision merch! So much so, I had to order a bucket hat when I got home as I got FOMO from seeing them all during the race.
