Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

The best hydration/fuelling company for all athletes
Precision fuel are fantastic. Science based simple products that are perfect for personalising your nutrition. The gels are perfect size at 30g CHO with the correct ratios. The tear off so it does not litter is great. The taste is the best gel out there not too sickly so easy on gut no GI issues. Absolute winner race nutrition and hydration products
Being a person who finds difficulty eating or consuming carbs and have stomach issues, typically during an intense Enduro MTB race.
I find the products from Precision Hydration especially the gels, powders and Chews, to be a great option that makes it easy to eat without causing any stomach issues during my racing.

Excellent products, especially the gels and hydration tabs! Gels are extremely easy to get down regardless of how many you take. Delivery in WA also took 5 business days which is a bonus when restocking for sessions

Product Review
Been using these products during my long runs over the last few months, all are brilliant. Favourite has to be the PH 1500 tablets, I have one the night before and one after my long run and they've completely stopped any muscle cramps. The chews are also great whilst running as they break down pretty quickly!

Newbie to 70.3
The journey with Precision hydration has removed the fog on hydration and fuelling. I have in the past purchased Gels and not had a plan around how and when to take them. The Race day planner and 20 consult made pulled it all together. I will confident with Precision that know what to do and with have this element covered
