Hydration is Key!
I initially came for a sweat test having done my first marathon and feeling as though my hydration had let me down. The information I received was invaluable. I am peri-menopausal and hadn't really realised how much hotter my body has been getting or how much more I am sweating with exercise. Reluctant convert
I like to think I'm not a freak, but I am something of a 'foodie'. I eat real food. I don't eat or drink anything with synthetic flavourings. The smell of synthetically flavoured food and drink makes me fell sick. No way was I going to consume gels etc on runs.

Just buy it! You won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely love this stuff! I’ve had just about everything offered and I can’t think of one negative. Taste is mild and not overpowering or sweet. My stomach handles 100+ grams an hour with out issue.

Love these!
I love these chews. They taste great and I don't get overwhelmed by the sweetness as I do with other brands. I also find these SO much easier to eat on the bike as there is no stickiness or mess with them.
