Lemon and mint carbs just want the doctor ordered
Precision Hydration have been great. I had the free call with them and that helped work out what I needed to use. I. Or a serious altere but do cycle long distances and the carbs I great at ensuring I have the energy to keep going along with the electrolyte tablets I take as well.

Big Fan
I was introduced to PF&H chews at a hiking event, and have since introduced them into my training and running. The flavours are great and the chews have made it much easier to fuel consistenly through longer sessions.

Finally stuff I can stomach

Second batch ordered so must be working!
Just ordered mt 2nd batch, I've tried lots of gels and carb drinks and these work really well for me. I find them gentle on the stomach, easy to digest and they taste good. Most importantly, I've managed some of my best times using these on marathons and halfs. Would fully recommend and delivered quickly too

perfect chew, easy on the stomach!
I recently started using the chews during long workouts. I tend to have a hard time digesting these types of products during workouts. These chews are amazing: easy to eat, easy on the stomach, no after taste. They are quite delicious too!
