superior products
I'm glad to have found these amazing products, learning to fuel properly in training has been leading to progress in races. The gels are fantastic, awesome flavor and smooth going down!! the caff gels are essential for my long runs. While the carb and sodium drink mix has a light flavor that goes down easy to keep me hydrated and helps hit my intake goals.. overall the products are super rad, simple ingredients, and easy on the stomach.

Delicious, second to none!
Delicious, second to none! The chew bars are a great shake up from using flow gels all the time. I use them while running and cycling.

The only gels
These really are the gels for people who hate gels - they are just the perfect consistency. I rely on these now in longer runs and races and the caffeine gel provides a great extra boost.

Products are great, but the shipment is pricy
I like the products, super good and convenient. Pricey though. I also hate the fact that I should order at least products worth 80 euros in order to get a free shipment, that’s a lot and I think you guys should find a way to reduce that.

The product I Gelled with....
I've been struggling to find a good fuel source for my long runs. I've tried SIS and found them to be to thick and high five gels to be to thin and both not having enough carbs for my fuel.
Using the precision hydration calculator really helped me understand my needs and the products hit the sweet spot between the two gel companies above. This will be my go to product for the Manchester marathon.

Precision is the bomb
Amazing products, taste fantastic and sit really well during a large marathon training block. Sodium capsules are super easy and will be using for London Marathon to save having to carry a bottle. The chews are really nice something different to keep you sane on the long runs. And the caffeine gels give me a massive boost when I’m 10-15km into a long run

Go to for London Marathon fuelling
Excellent communication and delivery of products. I was struggling with my previous fuelling technique as the gels weren't getting me through my long training runs. I decided to switch to Precisions fuel and hydration and felt 100% better during and recovering from my runs. The online consultation set me up with the basics that is hadn't considered before such as the carbs per hour needed to sustain my pace. Honestly thank you as I really feel like I can complete this marathon now!
