Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Precision is best 👀
I have recently switched from Maurten to precision and I can’t recommend them enough. The liquid carbs I use for cycling, gels for running and chews when I fancy something a little bit different. Their products are clean and really effective. Ordering directly off their website is so efficient too. I would fully recommend any of their product offerings.

Best on the Market?
The best on the market?
I’ve been a long term advocate of competitor products but when my fueling strategy failed me on my last Ironman I knew something had to change.
The Fuel and Hydration products are great, even better than the products is the support you get from the team at Precision Fuel and Hydration.
Early days so far and have only used the products in Hyrox competition, training rides and runs.
No gut issues, cramping or drop in performance or energy levels.

Great for BJJ and Long Runs. Keeps me powered up!
I have tried a lot of different fuel and electrolyte solutions. This has by far been the best fuel I have had. It keeps me feeling strong and empowered on my long runs. Easy to consume, doesn't hurt my stomach, and has sustained energy and hydration. I also started using the caffeine satchets for long BJJ sessions which has helped me stay moving when grappling gets tough. I can't recommend them enough!

Gels are absolutely perfect! I’ve tried so many brands which feel a bit heavy on the stomach or just won’t sit correctly and these are 10/10. Electrolytes and the hydration mix is top tier and I highly recommend all the products from Precision Fuel & Hydration!

I am a believer!
I am preparing for the Dopey Challenge at Disney World. I was looking for a new fueling plan. The one I use now always seems to come up short and I end up hitting a wall and cramping at the end in past races. I decided to try Precision Hydration and I am glad I did. I received my custom trial kit and used it for one of my long training runs. I am glad I made the change. No cramping at all! Also, those carbs hit different. Everytime I took down one of the gels, I felt like I had hit the power up ...

Gels/Salt/Powder are all awesome!
The products are awesome. Very easy on my stomach and easy to consume on hard effort runs. I also appreciate the hand written notes. Please keep that up. I think that’s awesome you take the time to write something. That’s really cool.
