The right choice for endurance training and racing
Very information website. I took advantage of the free 20-minute video call and it was very informative. I was able to determine the nutrition and electrolyte combination that would work for me while training for a 50 mile trail race.

Just Perfect!
Love them all! The texture and taste are perfect, not too sweet, not sticky nor thick - easy to swallow and fuelling me well! Electrolytes can be tailored to your needs - very important as I tend to sweat a lot. Overall, they are all well blended, easy on the stomach, keep me going and Bye Cramps!

I love PF 300
I have been very happy with these products so far. I had been looking for a better way to get calories in during 100 mile races, so I tried PFH's products on the advice of a friend. I have yet to use them in an actual race, because the last one I was signed up for was cancelled, but so far I have been very happy with them on long training runs.
