Chews and Gels Equal Power :-)
I am a 52 year old female endurance runner. This is the first time I can track my improved performance after consuming an energy/carb/sports product. The power is easier to exert. My speed increases exponentially with what feels like the same power-but obviously isn't. It is just easier to access my power. The gels and chews produce a tangible (statistically traceable) difference. Chew on!
The hype is real!
I ordered the starter kit based on my online quiz after umming and ahhing for a few weeks and I’m annoyed I didn’t bite the bullet sooner! For the first time ever, I can have gels for every workout if I need to, and don’t suffer the digestive discomfort that come with other gels. I also finally feel confident to have as much nutrition as I need to race hard over long distances, without worrying I’m going to be sick by the end of the race 🙌

After using the online race planner offered by Precision, I stocked up on recommendations prior to a race I hade coming up. I was hesitant to take the PH 1500 believing it would taste too salty. I was surprised at the mild pleasant taste. It’s a staple for my longer workout sessions now! Definitely keeping my fueling cabinet stocked.
