Great preformance aiding products
Excellent products definatley gave me a better performance by overcoming calf cramps which I was getting during races.

Sample pack great idea to try out options. Gels and chews are palatable. Hydration drink is neutral flavoured and effective. Order delivered quickly and no issues.

Really good products; the rough hydration plan is strong. I struggled with cramp on Standard but now used PF for my most recent two and felt hydrated, fuelled and cramp free. I went for the 1500 before the event and one additional in my 500ml bidon; gels as per the plan - chuffed; will certainly be ordering more for next season.

Excellent products
Excellent service. I did the online sweat test and bought the recommended package. I’ve been using the products while training for my next half. I love the taste of the gels and the PH sachets, although you can taste them, are fine when you get used to it.
