Josh focuses primarily on racing professional full distance and middle distance events in triathlon, having taken the step up from competing in the Commonwealth Games over the shorter distances.
Originally from Guernsey, Josh is a multi-podium athlete over the two distances, and has finished 5th at the IRONMAN 70.3® World championships in 2023, and 2nd in the European Long Course Championships in Almere.
Josh started working with Precision in 2023 which had a fundamental impact on his training and racing. He has a very high sweat rate and loses a lot of sodium throughout races.
Away from sport, Josh is also a qualified Architect, runs a coaching business and teaches Architecture at Cardiff University.
