PF 90 Gel

I used these products almost exclusively in training and during the Comrades marathon in South Africa and they worked perfectly.

Training for my first 70.3 and was really struggling to find fuel /hydration that I could handle not just the taste but the texture! The gels are amazing, I love the taste, it's not overpowering - but where it really shines is the texture!! The electrolyte tabs are also amazing, flavour isn't too strong and a lil effervescent really helps!

I'm fully converted to PF&H. I have previously used a number of different products (SIS, Maurten etc) and PF&H are the best I've tried. Not only for fueling, but also the way I can tailor my hydration to ensure I'm replacing the right about of sodium etc. I honestly dont know where I'd be without the 1500 sodium tabs (actually I do...without them I'd be cramping by the side of the road). I recently competed in the Swansea 70.3 and used precision products in my training and on the day.
