The PF 90 Gel can be used on its own during shorter durations, or combined with other PF fueling products or real foods when going longer. If you're someone who hasn't gotten on well with gels previously, give ours a try, we'll eat a flip-flop if you're not pleasantly surprised!

Precision is best 👀
I have recently switched from Maurten to precision and I can’t recommend them enough. The liquid carbs I use for cycling, gels for running and chews when I fancy something a little bit different. Their products are clean and really effective. Ordering directly off their website is so efficient too. I would fully recommend any of their product offerings.

PF30 / PF90 - best gels I’ve tried
I’ve used loads of different brands of gel but never got on with them as much as I do the PF30 and PF90s. I’ve used PF90 for ultras previously and don’t get flavour fatigue like I tend to with other brands and the boost they give is amazing, Starting a year of road training with 3 marathons booked in and the PF30s are my go to for long runs.

Easy to eat no matter how bad the stomach is. Taste like a glazed donut which is awesome. Always feel them working.

Sweatiest sweat
The hydration is excellent, great to have options as to concentration based on perspiration rate!
The fuel is one of my favourites as it is easy to consume, doesn’t require chewing like maurten, and not sickly like styrkr.

Better fueling.
I’ve been cycling for a while and I have a few events coming up in the New Year. My hydration and fueling has been a bit of trial and error. I found the fueling plan on the Precision Hydration website and gave it a go. It was really easy to use and very user friendly the advice was great. On the back on this I have ventured into the product range and started to fuel better.

Carb products review
Tried the PF90, PF30Caf and non-caf and the Carb/Electrolyte drink mix and all of them taste nice and have been easy on the gut. If you're running long ultras and trying to maximise your carbs whilst saving space it really is an excellent selection of products
