No faff gel
Heard about your products from the tea and trails podcast and needed some gels and thought I’d give your products a try. Easy to pick and order, delivery as advised. Great product. Love the screw cap on this gel pouch as I could just sip and run. No faffing opening a small gel wrapper. Easy taste and easy on the tummy. Felt great!

My experience with precision hydration
I have never consistently used one brand for nutrition before, but precision hydration have everything that I need. Training Package
I have been training for an ultra the last 4 months and been using the gels and hydration products. The tablets and packets are superb. The gels and chews keep me ticking over and easy to digest no GI concerns there.

All round game changers
I have used various gels/fuels and hydration boosters over the last 8yrs of running and nothing has the longevity that these P.H products have. The neutral flavours leave no flavour fatigue or flavour sickness on long runs. They are neutral and easy on the pallet. I have come to incorporate there PH250 as a daily supplement as I have an active occupation and feel the benefits of it on rest days reducing muscle fatigue/cramping. The best gels and hydration products I’ve ever had
As the blurb says, gels for those who hate gels. At last I’ve found a range of products that can fuel me in triathlon training and racing. The 30g gels go down so easily and the 90g pouch is perfect for taking a little bit at a time on the run. Worth every one of the 5 stars given.

Love love love these!!!
1st off. The ordering process was amazing. No guessing. It was received, went right out, and I was notified promptly. Next, all 3 of those products are amazing. I’m switching from a much sweeter brand that was loaded with caffeine. Not only do I get that same energy instantly taking these products but my caffeine intake is also way down. Important for someone that trains primarily in the afternoon.
