Very impressed with the quality and the effects of these products as far as it concerns me and my body. Great texture, great flavours, no digestive stresses. The chewing carbs a total revelation when you can not stand any more gels, the hydration tablets convenient to carry as they are doing their great job, the same for the 90 carbs pack... Overall very much impressed, that is why i am fully shifting my nutrition to the respective products!!! I can not wait to see what the future has for us and what Precision has to offer!! PF Flow Gel 300 is a superb product
My definite favourite product is PF Flow Gel 300. I find it very convenient to put it either inside a normal bottle or Flow Flask’s or equivalent that I can put e.g., in my jersey’s back pocket. The Flow Gel absorbs very easily and provides lots of energy in longer rides. I use the flow gel frequently in road and gravel rides, especially when the intensity of the rides is high. I also like PF 90 gel, although it is thicker than the flow gel and will usually need accompanying liquid. I have relatively sensitive stomach and not too many products are suitable for me. So far, the PF products that I have used have suited without any problems. The products used are PF Flow Gel 300, PF 90 gel, PF 30 gel, and Electrolyte capsules. I highly recommend PF Flow Gel 300 because of its high carb content and convenience of usage.
Worth the price!
Used these to fuel me to a Top 5 finish in both the Spine Sprint North and South 4 days apart. No digestion issues, no bonking, nice and simple to use and easy to carry. Full recommended

So far best gels I tried
I tried Precision 90 before UltraTrail Snowdonia following a friend’s suggestion and found it so much easier than all other gels I used before. No flavour and not sweetness meant to me that I could carry on fuelling for longer. It delivers a good ratio of calories and carbs. I find the 90 pouch very easy to very and manage, better than single portions gels
Ultra cycling fueling
This product is perfect fueling for ultra distance cycling. Easy to pack away on the bike and easy on the stomach Best I’ve had.
No more Gut issues
Before using PH&F I’ve used different gel during my training and race day but after my race , I always issues with my gut But since I used the PH&F products I have no more issues
