Journey to get best out of myself
I prepared and participated in a 100 km ultra trail event using PFH products. I like the salt sachets very much because you can add it at aid station very easy and don't forget it. In the past I tried tabs but I tend to forget to take them till I feel cramping. Tast is perfect for me also after 19 hours. The flowgel is perfect for trail where you don't want to handle packaging all the time. Just fill the soft flask and go for multiple hours. My own flaw is that I forgot to keep fueling enough pa...

Game Changer
Flow 300 and the soft flask have been a game changer for my Ultra fueling, no more individual packets to have to open and store, no more sticky fingers and no remembering how many carbs I have taken in because the flask delivers the fuel easily (just drink it) and shows you how many carbs you have digested which also means no more needing to count how many gels you need between check points, just grab a flask with 300g of carbs and go.

Best if you have gut issues with other brands
Precision Fuel & Hydration gels are hands down the best I’ve ever used since getting into running. The consistency, flavor, and how easy they go down during long runs are unmatched. I’ve tried just about everything out there, and nothing keeps my energy and stomach this stable — especially during high mileage weeks.
