Great Products, Great Brand
I first started using Precision Fuel & Hydration products last year, beginning with the PF30 gels. One of the biggest things for me was how easy they were on my stomach compared to other products I'd tried, which gave me the confidence to gradually explore more of the range. Since then, I've become a big fan of the brand. The products are great, but I also love everything else that comes with it. The marketing is spot on, the London Marathon photo shoot had me laughing, and I enjoy following the athletes and events that Precision gets involved with. I'm currently training for my first Backyard Ultra, and Precision Fuel & Hydration has become my go to for fuelling and hydration. From training runs to race preparation, I feel like they have everything I need to give myself the best chance of performing well on the day. Great products, great content, and a brand that genuinely seems to understand endurance athletes.

Easy to consume and not to sickly
From a delicate gut
I have struggled with gut issues with all manner of different gel and carb products ive tried in the past, so was a bit sceptical about PF, however its been a miracle! I am currently training for a C2C bike ride and a full distance triathlon. PF Flo gel, used in the Flo bottle has made my in-race nutrition so easy, and no gut issues either.
Switched to PF, never going back
I'm very satisfied with PF&H, switching from the standard overflavoured, sticky gels of most producers to their products was a gamechanger during my marathon prep. Now fueling is not something I am afraid of.

Great array of products for 3-6 hour session!
Having tried a few other brands which I’ve not found pleasant or have not agreed with me, all the precision products I’ve had have been great. Great consistency, sit well in the tummy and a nice set of options between carb/electrolyte mix drinks, chews and gels. I particularly like the gel reusable pouch which is super handy when on the bike! It’s absolutely changed my fuelling capabilities for longer 3+hour sessions.
Less sticky!
Have tried most of the range and everything is great. I prefer the lighter flavours that precision use as they are easier on the stomach. Love the refillable gel flasks makes life so much easier and less sticky! Get the tester box and see for yourself.
Great products for Pros and normal humans
I used to suffer a lot from cramps during my longer races. Precision fuel helped me with this problem and now, I only suffer because I'm weak 😀
The Perfect Gel!
I’ve tired multiple products for gels and electrolytes & none have ever seemed to sit right with me! Either stomach issues or just down to the taste. After 5+ Hours during a race I wanted something easy! & that’s what precisions products are, simple taste, easy on the stomach & I personally manage to consume 75-85g per hour with no issues. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
