Excellent products. I use 30g carb gels, 30g carb with 100mg caffeine and 1000 electrolyte tablets as per the personal plan which was created for me using the website. Taste and texture/consistency have been well designed to allow you to continue using them over a race/training session without experiencing stomach problems.

Cramp free riding!
I’ve been using these tablets for over a year. I used to get cramp in my toes on longer and or harder rides but since using these I haven’t had cramp once. I haven’t done a sweat test but feel that I’ve pitched right with these tablets. Cramp free riding is far more enjoyable! They taste nice too, not too sweet.
