A hydration plan made a massive difference to my running
I was introduced to Precision Hydration after issues in my first half marathon where I struggled for the last 5k due to lack of hydration. I had a 20min call with one of the coaches and he recommended some of the electrolytes to start using on my training runs - made a massive difference to me and now doing 20k training runs without running out of juice......literally.

Fabulous
Precision products taste better and are more palatable than any I have tried before. The science behind the tailored electrolyte replacement is second to none. No more dodgy tummy
After being advised to try these products by a friend. I popped over to the website, chose the products and they were delivered quickly with a handwritten note in the package. Very nice touch. The website is easy to use with clear descriptions of the products. Great service.
The products all work really well for me. I feel reassured that there will be no cramping, no dodgy stomach problems, also no ill effects afterwards or the next day if I hydrate and fuel using these products.

Good hydration product if you’re a salty sweater
Only just started using but seemed to do the trick on a hilly 100k warm ride, having taken the night before and the morning of the trip, as recommended. Has the taste/consistency of Diarrholite but I guess that’s to be expected given it’s rehydration properties.

I have only had good experiences so far. The products are super good. I have already tested several products, but none of them were as well tolerated as this one. Initially, I only ordered a small package. As I was so impressed, I ordered more straight away and this time in a larger quantity. The service is super friendly and the shipping is also very fast.
