Works for me
Relatively new to PH but love it. Have tried many products over the years but for me PH gets the balance right for a product I can consistently use training, racing and recovering.

Best electrolytes I have found
The best electrolytes I have tried. The taste is great, making it easy to keep hydrated. Definitely would recommend.
Good for more than running or biking
I use the 500 tabs on days when I'm going for a 5-8 mile run, or when I'm doing heavy duty work in the garden (moving rocks, turning soil, etc...). They work well on days when I'm doing long hikes and I even took a tube along on my last Camino in Portugal. Good for staying hydrated when I'm not doing the long endurance workouts.
I’ve used PH since I organised a sweat test evening for the local Tri club over 3 years ago. I’m not a very heavy or salty sweater, however I’ve always tried to take hydration seriously for all events from sprint tris to half iron mans. I use 500 and 1000 products, both are easily to take with no salty taste. I also make sure my husband-who is a heavy sweater takes the 1000 when he trains. Since the COVID lockdown we’ve obviously been hitting the turbo a lot more, so the sweat level has increased. We use PH every time we hit the turbo and so far we’ve never had any cramps. I use PH with a mix of other products for nutrition during racing and have never had any GI issues. This is a fantastic range of products and would recommend to anyone regardless of sweat level.
Early days early improvements
Only used 1 pack so far but already find that I’m not drinking as much so stomach isn’t sloshing about like I used to with some products leaving me thirsty and bloated! Flavour is not too strong which helps you want to drink to thirst as recommended
Great Hydration Strategy
I heard about Precision Hydration during a podcast with Trainerroad and they rated it very highly. I started with the starter pack after i took the online sweat test, used the products and loved them. I then re-ordered more of the 500 PH and also the 1500 PH. I've been using them whilst cycling indoor after recovery from a broken arm and operation for a plate. When i use the products as required before, during and after the rides i find that i can get through them and recover better than without them. I'm just about to re-order as i'm nearly out. Looking forward to improving on the bike with structured training and also a structured hydration plan.
I use these all the time when running obstacle course races competitively. Since using these I have not cramped at all and can’t recommend them highly enough
Wouldn't consider endurance events without them
I know if you are serious and regular athlete then your muscles don't need help to overcome hydration and cramp. Well I'm a happy and regular cyclist (in the summer months) who likes endurance events, often spending 4+hours in the saddle and without help, I do suffer from both cramp and de-hydration. Introduced to me by a fitness trainer a couple of years ago, since I started taking pro-hydrate every day (250's) and 500's for the longer distance rides and they have made a huge difference to my enjoyment of my activities. I wouldn't consider doing these types of events without them.
