First marathon timer experience
I followed your advice to the letter for my first marathon. I also trained the last few weeks of my block with your products. In summary I love the 90gr gels. I love how easy they are to consume and no stick fingers, also super convenient. Wish I could do the same with the caffeine ones as I ended up consuming 3 in total. I tried your gel pouch to decant a few gels but didn’t work for me, the screw top is much better option. Anyway, I am now buying your products for my next marathon

Amazing!
I’ve been out of the endurance world for close to 15 years and have decided to try and get back in with an ultra marathon this year. My experiences as a amateur athlete with Precision Hydration
As an amateur athlete I was aware that fueling in some capacity was necessary to get me through a marathon distance race. Number 1 go to for fuelling
Started off with trying out a personalised fuelling pack and straight away everything in the pack was just what I needed. No stomach issues with the gels and as a very sweaty person the 1000/1500 tablets have kept me fully hydrated and away from any cramps! I have tried so many gels and brands but PH&F will be my number 1 go to for all my training and London Marathon in April!
