Why did I order Precision Sodium again? I run trails all year round, and it turns out that a lot of races are very hot. Of course, I do heat acclimatization, but I’ve realized this year that I simply can't do without sodium. I notice that with sodium supplementation, I don't get headaches during the race and can keep pushing hard even after ten hours. Plus, I like that Precision makes it so easy to adjust the dosage. So, it’s clear to me which product works best. Thanks, Precision.

Great value for money. You know exactly what you’re getting and the flexibility with serving sizes and electrolyte strengths is perfect. And as someone that doesn’t struggle with gels, they still stand out from the rest.

Used caffeine gel 15mins prior to a race and felt epic, used regular gel on a medium long run as a fuel source, and the 1000mg electrolytes a hour before a race midweek-with the hot wether we are currently experiencing I went for higher strength to mitigate the additional amount of sweating that I’m doing on harder efforts, all products have performed excellent and will be reordering when needed, not too soon!

Used the race plan for my recent 70.3 Mallorca which worked really well

Training for my first 70.3 and was really struggling to find fuel /hydration that I could handle not just the taste but the texture! The gels are amazing, I love the taste, it's not overpowering - but where it really shines is the texture!! The electrolyte tabs are also amazing, flavour isn't too strong and a lil effervescent really helps!
