Never cramped with PH
Love the Precision Hydration products to help me on hot days training and racing. Have never cramped when followed their guidance on how to use for my higher sweat rate.

SIMPLY THE BEST!
First of all, i thought i hated all gells and found them a 'neccessairy evil'. I saw a Youtube video from Ben Parkes who recommended Precision Fuel and thought, why not...
Started with a 'explore pack' of 4 gels and a lot of healthy suspicion.
Went on my long run and the time for the gell had come.
1st thing i noticed, how easy it was to get it open (the tag remains on the gell so no risk on droppping) i get barking mad a people who drop (parts) of gells on the road.

Precision Fuel & Hydration Products are perfect for triathletes
I've been doing triathlons since 1987 and Ironman triathlons since 2002. Since Precision Hydration products are now used at Ironman races, I recently decided to try them. Based on my needs, I'm using the PH 1000 hydration tablets, PF gel, and PF chews. It is easy to carry enough PF gel and PF chews for long bike rides (100+ miles / 5+ hours). Great product
Easy to get down on the bike, no flavour fatigue very neutral and felt amazing on and off training. 100% worth the purchase and looking forward to seeing them out on the Ironman course in my next race!!

Very very happy
My absolute favourite electrolytes. No nasty taste, somehow they don't have flavour but still taste great. Also love the bubbly feeling when drinking it - makes it so much more refreshing. I also got myself the sachets for refills whilst on my longer rides and they come in very handy at 200km. Honestly, best decision ever on my side to change to these electrolytes.

Electrolyte
I tried these tablets as I was given them as a free sample. Thought I already had a good electrolyte and didn't like tablets as other brands made me thirsty. Anyway I tried these and they taste nice, don't make me thirsty and I think they work.
