I’ve tried lots of different Gels, Chews and Hydration techniques. I find PF&H works really well for me. At 59 I’m even delaying my retirement from 100 mile + races as I’ve had such a good experience with these products.

I have tried numerous brands and fuel types over the last 15+ yrs of endurance activities and the Precision products without a doubt have been the most easily consumed (not too sweet, no chemical aftertaste), clear bioavailability without a jolting caffeine hit, and comfortably digestible enough to go down during high exertion even in the heat of Texas summers. I highly recommend.
