I’m loving the precision range as I train for my next Ironman triathlon race. The carb+electrolyte mix is super easy to stomach, the mint/lemon chews and chew bars melt in your mouth and the gels have a great mouth feel, drinkable consistency and the flavour is nice and simple. After mixing and matching bars/gels/chews/electrolytes of multiple brands for years I’ve now found my one stop shop for all my fuel needs- I’m a convert!

Easy to digest and fuels both the body and mind for the whole duration of my rides and runs!

I sweat a lot…. The online product selector was extremely helpful and I’ve not had cramps since using them. The hydration tablets taste nice and the gels are really good on long runs

Really Helping me fuel for my training and can’t wait to take them on race day. Stop me hitting a brick wall and taste great. Can’t recommend enough especially for endurance training.

I find the Precision gels are the best. Theyvhave just the right consistency - not too viscous, not too fluid. Also not too sweet. Also really appreciate the idea behind the opening- a fully open the gel but also reduce risk of littering. And the hydrolyte tables are excellent- easy to dissolve and easy to consume.

Great website for researching what you might use. The online questionnaire was helpful in determining what products to try. The starter pack was the perfect amount and not too expensive. Flavor was very pleasant and easy to consume even in larger amounts than I was used to taking. The Effervescent Tabs were easy on the gut during running. The follow up emails with information and suggestions are a really nice addition! I'll be trying your Nutrition products next.

Amazing products and fast delivery

First use, I did 38 miles on the bike followed by a run in about 80 degree heat. I use both of these products as recommended and I felt fantastic at end of my workout. I love how the flavoring of the drink mix is very subtle and refreshing the hold ride and that it didn't give my mouth the sugary fatigue. I like the precision stuff so much that I'm going to use it during the Egaleman 70.3 on 6-14-2026 instead of what I was using before.

They made me do all my races MUCH better, kept me well fueled. I myself have been using them for the past 6 months throughout my adventures of endurance/speed workouts & the different kinds of endurance events too!!

I'm very satisfied with PF&H, switching from the standard overflavoured, sticky gels of most producers to their products was a gamechanger during my marathon prep. Now fueling is not something I am afraid of.
