Replenish yourself!
The carb-only gels are a gentle flavor, and not bland or bad. The caffeine and carbs gels do not taste as good but are very effective.
Since I started fueling every 30m during long activities and including a 1000 tablet in my water for those, my energy levels and sustain have felt pretty magical. You really need sodium and easily-processed carbs during the long workouts, and now I totally get why. This stuff is way higher quality than what is at my (beloved!) running store.

10/10 for PH.
I was recommended PH products whilst on a marathon training course. Having ordered these products and thoroughly testing them out, PH has become my go to for fuelling. Fuel and hydration plan review
Good experience from the start. Got a detailed fuel and hydration plan and since implementing it I have seen improvements. The order of products and shipping is quick and easy. The gels are by far the best tasting gels I've tried.

Gels on top
I love the gels, especially PF300, super practical for the cycling part of an IM or an ultra trail. Easy on the stomach, never had a problem. Only down is there's no sodium in it... maybe in the future 🤞🏻 ?
I also use PH1000 on a regular basis to prevent cramps or de-hydration and it does the job perfectly.

Love my precision products
Precision chews are the best on the market, taste great, not too chewy, easy to eat whilst biking and running. I also really enjoy the 1000 electrolyte tabs and use these exclusively for hydration. The mild flavour and light fizz never get boring or fatiguing

No more cramps
