Powerfull products, designed to deliver. Flow gel is the best way to carry fuel to long journeys.

Excellent Product and plan
Precision fuel made it so easy to get set up with a hydration and nutrition plan. 90 gram pouches
I love these 90 gram pouches! I don’t have to mess around with multiple gels and their wrappers when I’m out on 4 and 5 hour runs as I train for my first ultra. The other important thing to note is that for 90 grams of carbs, these have less sugar than any other gels I have found!! Love the consistency and flavour!
