No more headaches & finally using gels!
I’ve finally stopped getting post-run headaches thanks to these sodium tablets! As for the other products, I’ve always been hesitant about using gels or chews because it seemed too complicated. I’m taking on my first 100 miler this year and Precision Hydration has made it so easy to start using them. The online fuel planner was a great place to start, and the packets are so clearly labelled. Taste is good too as there’s no strong flavours. Will defo be using them on race day.

Great products, electrolytes are the best I’ve tried. Usually gels and me don’t go but these are the best yet, would definitely recommend

By far the best sports nutrition I have used. Very easy on the stomach, no taste fatigue and the 90g with the screw caps work perfectly

I ordered the 90g gel because the 30g gel that I usually use on the mountains were not enough for long runs. I am totally satisfied, I am using 3 for 4 hours training.
Perfect fuel for long runs
Goes down very easily. The screw on cap helps avoid any mess and allows me to take in as much as I need as I go.
The most gut friendly gels!
These gels are excellent and very easy on the gut! I have never had any GI issues with them and being able to consume 180g of carb, with no adverse effects, was key in executing a 2:36 marathon for me last year.

Starter Pack & Gels
I purchased the selection box of gels, & other items after trying some samples at the GARMIN ride out. These taste great & felt they have helped me manage my fuelling better as I find some gels different to swallow. I will be trying some of the other products for sure & I would recommend the starter pack selection to anyone.

easy to take - reap the benefits
Easy to digest & got a real good burst of energy from the 90g carbs pouch ! no stomach issues afterwards. i use the 30g pouch with caffeine in mid competition when you need that extra boost in energy. competing in 30-35 degree heat is demanding in motorsport and by using these as part of my fueling plan it makes sense
