Novice endurance rider review
Great products, recommended to me by a cycling buddy. I wanted to find the best hydration solution for my first year in endurance events and having already completed a 102 miler, found that the 1500 and 1000 combination along with salt tablets worked really well for me. The other result I had was no cramp! I had also read about the potential for getting cramp after several hours in the saddle, but have not any bother at all on any of my long rides.

Excellent Product and plan

Quality fueling and hydration
I have tried a selection of the PF&H products during my triathlon journey; gels, chews, and drinks, and I've had a sweat test.
I find the products have an easily palatable flavour and texture, especially over long distance efforts.
The advice I received whilst having the sweat test has been really beneficial to my training and events.

It works for me !!!
I have been racing bikes all my life and have probably tired every gel / energy bar / energy bar over the years and never really found the perfect solution. Love dealing with the team, quick well informed service delivery.
