Best solution yet!
Great product! Works great to add lost electrolytes, I notice a marked difference when I use them vs when I forget, especially when working out on the Florida heat. I appreciate that it adds only a slight amount of flavor, it’s not overwhelming like many of the other hydration options I’ve used. Just enough to taste a bit refreshing, but not off putting when exercising heavily.

Good hydration
I have tested so far the electrolytes in two different forms. The product is very gentle on stomach even when taken without food. Dissolving well in water and a light taste. Hydration improved with no muscle issues during long rides.

We are never too old to learn!
Precision hydration provided a nutrition / hydration plan for my first 50mile race. I initially thought that the 1500/mg/hour sodium and 75/g carbs/ hour would be too aggressive, however their experience and professionalism was completely correct. I followed the plan and had a great race without the cramps and stomachs issues which had badly affected previous 2 mountain ultra races.
I felt that I was running well at the finish without experiencing any problems.

Why I need them
Its when you run out or forget to use these that you see the real value. Running on the edge of de-hydration is painful. Easy to use, simple taste, I wont forget again.
