Excellent guidance for the novice
As a complete novice in nutrition and hydration, I found the online tools useful to work out what my requirements might be. This was based on the training I was doing, and the race I had entered. My initial purchase was the sample pack which was useful. I intend to run some longer distances, so will be coming back to buy more. I love the product, but would like to be able to receive my order faster.

Amazing - even upto a humid 37°C
Amazing and truly makes the difference. I used Precision Hydration on normal long runs and races as well as when running up to 20k in humid 37°C.
I’ve used other products over the years but they haven’t quite hit the mark in comparison. After running under all kinds of conditions without ill effects, and still with a comfortable level of hydration I don’t think I’ll find better.

I don't normally use gels, but...
I don't usually use gels but on an organised ride in Spain they provided PH products so I tried some in advance. Simply they are the best that I have found. A neutral flavour and easy to digest. Pricey so best reserved for 'big' rides
