Best Running Fuel Combination!

Excellent products
Precision F&H offers a 30-minute video call with a professional runner who gives excellent advice based on your running style. It was very useful, and they stayed available afterward to answer further questions. As for the products, I have trouble digesting gels, but the PH30 are easy to swallow and digest, and the electrolytes work well during my long runs. Great products and excellent customer service
Best running snacks
I love the chews, they genuinely made my runs more enjoyable as I have something to look forward to. Flavours are delicious, the lemon is my favourite really but they are all good. Really easy to eat while running, you don’t need to drink water afterwards to make it go down easier either. 10/10 for sure. I’ll keep buying these. I’ve been going for the 30g of carb as I’d rather eat twice an hour during the long runs but I just ordered the 60g too to see how they are. I’ve noticed a difference in my performance too since starting taking these, I used to struggle with the long runs but my pace became pretty consistent on runs up to 32k so far. I got the electrolytes too, the 500. They are nice. I struggle with any flavoured water so I’m not super excised about this, but they are good as well.
Fuel plan.
I had a video consultation to help understand what fuel and hydration I needed to take onboard while training for a upcoming trail marathon. The advice and plan sent over has been a real help. And after following it for last two weeks using the products advised it’s helped massively in my performance and training. Will be sticking with your products going forward.

Sample pack great idea to try out options. Gels and chews are palatable. Hydration drink is neutral flavoured and effective. Order delivered quickly and no issues.
The Perfect Pair
All of these products are a true 10/10. I have a sensitive stomach, so finding a gel AND hydration package that doesn’t mess me up is quite rare. So to be able to have both is the dream.
Swim safety with gels and electrolytes
Since being introduced to your products by Fay at Jurassic Coastal Swimming I have found the electrolyte tablets and gel pouches helped me during challenges to swim further in the sea … 5k is a lot of front crawl!

Excellent service. I did the online sweat test and bought the recommended package. I’ve been using the products while training for my next half. I love the taste of the gels and the PH sachets, although you can taste them, are fine when you get used to it.
Great addition to my training
Great combination of salts and energy. I have really noticed the difference. For long runs these gels are a must have.
