Game Changer
Before I found precision hydration I struggled to get past cramp and had no real understanding of my hydration needs. The website made it super easy to see the benefits of each product and when I used the site to mock up an event nutrition plan it went better than I could have imagined. I’ve won my last 2 long races having historically struggled in the last part of these races. Honestly couldn’t speak more highly of these supplements. Salt tabs are a game changer for me. I’ve even started giving my kids the hydration 500 tabs!
A great fuel!!
I’ve loved used this fuel, it’s kept me going on my long rides and runs, and through a couple of triathlons now. I look forward to the gels and chews because they’re actually so tasty, and definitely keep me properly fuelled and hydrated.

I really liked your fueling strategy assessment as well as how easy the ordering and shipping was. I am always skeptical about gels, but the 30g original flavor was actually ok! And it did not cause me issues. Also the chews are a great idea. In general I look for electrolytes with no much added sugar and these have been just perfect 👌🏻
