PF 30 Caffeine Gel

Found these by “accident” when I grabbed some samples at a ride, have to say they’re now my go to energy product. Great customer support especially around races where they help craft your nutrition plans.

Years ago I was using the electrolytes, knew Sean. Then there was a few years that I didn’t hear about the product until it started showing up on GCN. And I started back into longer races, looked it up and bought it. Used it and practiced before the events. Canadian Gravel Championships (?) was over 30 degrees most of the race, I had a schedule with gels and chews and got to the finish feeling OK.

Before using PH&F I’ve used different gel during my training and race day but after my race , I always issues with my gut But since I used the PH&F products I have no more issues

I had known about PH for years, but only tried the products a few days ago while looking for a soft flask and an ice bandana. The chews and gels are great, and the chews in particular taste amazing. 😍 Quality is top-notch, even the packaging is waterproof. I used the starter pack whilst running 54km during a fairly warm and sunny day. The gels tasted great, and I especially liked the caffeine option. I'm a sweaty runner and used the 1500 capsules in my drinks and one sodium capsule toward the end. I felt good all day, had no cramps or overly fatigued legs. Importantly, I had no stomach issues, and am confident these products work for me. Easy to use products with great supporting info, fast delivery.

I’m loving the precision range as I train for my next Ironman triathlon race. The carb+electrolyte mix is super easy to stomach, the mint/lemon chews and chew bars melt in your mouth and the gels have a great mouth feel, drinkable consistency and the flavour is nice and simple. After mixing and matching bars/gels/chews/electrolytes of multiple brands for years I’ve now found my one stop shop for all my fuel needs- I’m a convert!
