PF 30 Gel

Light on the stomach and easy to use—better than others in that sense—but it doesn’t deliver 100% performance like some of the well-known gels.

I used several different types of gels / chews / haribos over the years to fuel my triathlon-ing and half-marathon running. Once I discovered the 90g gel I was hooked. Total game changer for making sure I hit the carb/hr on the bike and during long runs. I also never took sodium seriously until I tried the ph1500 and it's been revolutionary. Large thanks to the oxygen addict podcast for putting me onto PF+H!

Game changer as far as ease of digestion on big runs. Water is not essential as it goes does smooth and does the trick as far as keeping me fuelled. Initially took a bit to figure out how to best open them but tearing closer to the gel fixed that! Can never go back to Gu.

Prep for my first long distance race and learning about fuelling. I am very funny about taste and it does the job and taste good compare to other brands I tried. Products are pricey

Precision Hydration is absolutely amazing! After many trial and errors with other brands, I am glad I found Precision Hydration. There gels are not overly sweet and easy to consume on a run. Their neutral taste is easy on my stomach and so far I’ve hit PBs on my 10k, half and marathon because of Precision Hydration.

I’ve been using these gels for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier with them. The consistency of the gel is easy to take whilst running and the taste is very good, I would highly recommend trying them.
