After trying other fueling and hydration brands I honestly don’t think I could go back after trying precision. In training for my first ever Ironman 70.3 this summer and I’ve found my performance improving every time I use precision during training. The carb & electrolytes mix is super convenient too to put in my bottle and take to the pool. I mix the powder with some squash and the mild flavour lets me keep drinking without feeling sick.

I have recently used these products for a mountain marathon and it is the first time that I have been able to go the distance without cramp and have a steady sustained amount of energy.
