Best tasting

A Very Happy Runner
I am a runner. Was having an issue with gels (IBS) and about a year ago a friend suggested your brand. Was a bit worried at first.
These gels do not irritate my stomach at all and taste is fine. They also give me the energy I need during my long runs.
I use the effervescent tablets depending on the workout. If it is a light workout will go for the 500. If it is more demanding I go for the 1000.
I find the contents of email and videos also very helpful and knowledgeable.

100k ultra trail runner
Very impressed with the hydration-nutrition planning information offered on the website. I have implemented this in my training for a 100k ultra trail race. I’m a larger framed runner who sweats a bit, especially training in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. I have found the hydration 1500 & 1000 products a game changer. Combined with the 90g gel I feel comfortable when doing my long runs (20-35k). Have especially noticed a difference when pre hydrating with the 1500 tablets before runs as suggeste...
