I have been using Precision Hydration 1000 for about a year now. I have an autoimmune condition that causes dryness especially in my mouth. I'm pleased with the electrolyte tablets I got from Precision, they taste good and seem to do a good job of keeping my electrolytes up when I cycle. I was put onto Precision when I explained to a more experienced rider that I always seem to get symptoms of mild hyponatremia when on long or hard effort rides. I had been recommended precision hydration but was quite cynical. I have been pleasantly surprised though. I would definitely recommend the chews and the gels. Really palatable. And the hydration tabs were much higher electrolytes and worked brilliantly.

First ever gel i take who do not mess with my gut! Pretty happy with the texture who is more on the thick side and the flavor is special but pretty easy to take in large quantity. Over all satisfy!
