We have bought the Precision Hydration tablets for the past 5 years. We use them for our water bottles when going to the gym. We also use them when we are on hot climates such as Africa and the Far East. They help maintain our electrolyte levels. A great product which we will continue to buy.

PFandH products are the best I have found for xtri racing. I’ve had stomach issues with other products but I can race on PFandH products for 14 hrs + and I’ve had no issues. Game changer!

I LOVE precision hydration. I’ve been looking for a high carb drink mix with electrolytes so the Carb/electrolyte product was perfect! Can barely taste the product and it’s not thick like other carb drinks. Have had no stomach issues and will be using in all upcoming Ironmans! PH500 is also prefect- being in a tablet form makes it super easy! The chews taste amazing and give me something to look forward to eating on the bike.
