Great website for researching what you might use. The online questionnaire was helpful in determining what products to try. The starter pack was the perfect amount and not too expensive. Flavor was very pleasant and easy to consume even in larger amounts than I was used to taking. The Effervescent Tabs were easy on the gut during running. The follow up emails with information and suggestions are a really nice addition! I'll be trying your Nutrition products next.

I usually dislike electrolytes in my water but these go down really well. The gels and chews are easy on my stomach.

As a heavy sweater, getting the hydration right was always the biggest problem I had over the longer distance races. The variety in the PH electrolyte range has been great for me to get things right for once! Recently started using the PH gels also, not one for stomach issues with gels but the packaging alone is better than the rest. Much easier to use at pace.

Having tried several brands of gels, bars and hydration, I have finally found my go-to range. The gels are so tasty, with the perfect consistency and are also easy on the stomach. The chews are easy to take while on the move, and the PH1500 drink has practically eliminated cramping. I will not be buying from any other brand.
