The gels twist lock allow for easy managing of carb intake if not using a flow bottle.
Combined with the flow bottle it’s a game changer in tracking nutrition

A strategy yet to be fully tested
I was given a taster pack as a gift. After trying the hydration tabs, and finding them to been a very clean taste, I looked into your gel options. That's when I discovered the flow gel and bottle. This fits right in with my dislike for discarded gel wrappers and waste in general. Of course it will also help with my newfound fuelling strategy.

Game changer
As someone who historically doesn’t get on well with gels, the flow gel is a game changer. In combination with carb drink and the odd caffeine gel, I feel I’ve found a reliable and palatable fuel source for long runs. Fantastic products
Fantastic products and great customer service. Love the neutral flavours. Chews are particularly good and the flow gel works really well. No flavour fatigue so far. Sodium tablets allow me to just drink water, which works well for events where you pick up fresh bottles at aid stations as you don't have to worry about Thier products disagreeing with you as you just pick up the water.

My go-to for years
I have used the gels for years and still love their taste. Really like how the gel wrapping has a small ‘strap’ so that you don’t drop part of the packaging after opening. The salt tabs in various strengths help me tailor my intake according to the conditions. And I recently started using the flow gel in the soft flask which makes taking in fuel on a ride way easier! Great products and support whenever you need them.

Amazing products, communication and fast shippment
I wanted to thank you very much for the amazing products, i love the flow gel! the problem i had in the past was when riding my bike and drinking my energy mixed with water from my bottle, i had to stop a lot on the way because of to much water... but now with the flow gel i dont have this problem and can ride for hours without stopping! really great product! and thanks for the great communication and fast shipping!
