The PF 300 Flow Gel is formulated with a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to aid carbohydrate uptake. If you're someone who hasn't gotten on well with gels previously, give ours a try, we'll eat a flip-flop if you're not pleasantly surprised!

Absolutely great taste and I’d never experienced stomach issues.
Perfect portion sizes. So I can easily combine caffeine gels with chew bars or something to get the overall amount of carbs and calories.

Brilliant and ideal to put it straight into the flow flask, so much easier than trying to rip open gels. Tastes good too.

Ran my first 70.3 with classic gels from another brand, and it was just horrendous. Went for the Flow gel and the PH1500 tablets ever since on all my races (road, trail and tri) and it's been wonderful. The gel manages to be really good and not too tasty at the same time, which is a game changer after many hours. No stomach issues either. And the flask just makes the whole fueling process so much easier. Keep rocking team PF&H!

Great tasting products which give me lots of energy for the whole run!
I decided I wanted to change my nutrition and try and be a bit more disciplined, rather than just eating whatever I have available. I chose Precision Hydration because my main race this year has their products on the aid stations. The first thing I did was have a zoom call with Stu and I found this very informative and very helpful but not "pushy". You also receive a personal plan if you have a specific race in mind. So I decided to try the Flow pack, years ago I tried gels and did not enjoy...

Monster gel
This has been a game changer for me when coupled with a gel flow bottle or pouch. Much less waste, no sticky gel sachets in pockets, easy to fuel “little and often”. I don’t think I’ll buy a 30g gel ever again
