Fuel as a system
I use PH1000 throughout the day as well as in training and racing. It’s been a real game changer for me in hot conditions. Hydration feels much more effective and my body is able to absorb the fluids properly instead of just carrying water in the stomach. It really helps with cooling and maintaining performance in the heat.
The gels are also very gut-friendly. They’re sweet with a slight fruity taste, but not overly intense – even late in a race they’re still easy to take and don’t become sickl...

My running coach recommended that I try Precision gels, after I struggled for multiple years with nausea during long runs gagging down thick, sticky, weird-flavored products. Great Products especially if you struggle with gut issues.
Used PFH for my first 70.3 tri and the products worked perfectly. Easy on the gut and kept me going. Just placed an order for upcoming half marathon, marathon and t100 event look forward to testing out some of the new products in training.

Have tried a number of products now! Electrolyte tabs are top quality and aid the workouts where sweat is heavy. Love the chews on bike and while running as you can get fuel in steady and often. Amazing products
These are really reliable products. I used them throughout the year in training and racing. Great simple delivery mechanisms and flavours. It’s also cool to see a company spend a lot of time thinking about how to educate athletes on the right nutrition and hydration.

The best hydration products, and fuelling expertise, I've found
I absolutely love these products. They've helped me to top my half/10mile/10km PB's in the first 2 months of using them.
Not sickly or too salty, great flavour and easy to use.

perfect size for long competition in soft bottles, less waste and less risk of loss
Fast order processing and quite speedy delivery from central EU warehouse.
Great to see these largest gel size. I otherwise used your regular size gels on the mountain bike. Fiddling with them to open while riding made me lose quite a few throughout the season which is not great from so many perspectives in competition situations. So I am looking forward to trying out your soft bottles in a running vest now
