I love hoe simple and easy it is to get what i need in training or racing the improvements are huge

Best on the Market?
The best on the market?
I’ve been a long term advocate of competitor products but when my fueling strategy failed me on my last Ironman I knew something had to change.
The Fuel and Hydration products are great, even better than the products is the support you get from the team at Precision Fuel and Hydration.
Early days so far and have only used the products in Hyrox competition, training rides and runs.
No gut issues, cramping or drop in performance or energy levels.

Great for BJJ and Long Runs. Keeps me powered up!
I have tried a lot of different fuel and electrolyte solutions. This has by far been the best fuel I have had. It keeps me feeling strong and empowered on my long runs. Easy to consume, doesn't hurt my stomach, and has sustained energy and hydration. I also started using the caffeine satchets for long BJJ sessions which has helped me stay moving when grappling gets tough. I can't recommend them enough!

Sweatiest sweat
The hydration is excellent, great to have options as to concentration based on perspiration rate!
The fuel is one of my favourites as it is easy to consume, doesn’t require chewing like maurten, and not sickly like styrkr.

Great products
I was introduced to PH by a friend and haven’t used anything else since! The flow gel is great for long runs and makes it much easier to meet my carb requirements. I also really like the chews. They have a great taste and are much easier to eat compared to other brands. Service from the company is also brilliant!

Game changer
