PF 300 Flow Gel

Training for my first 70.3 and was really struggling to find fuel /hydration that I could handle not just the taste but the texture! The gels are amazing, I love the taste, it's not overpowering - but where it really shines is the texture!! The electrolyte tabs are also amazing, flavour isn't too strong and a lil effervescent really helps!

I'm fully converted to PF&H. I have previously used a number of different products (SIS, Maurten etc) and PF&H are the best I've tried. Convenient quantity purchasing options and neat and tidy packaging. The Gels are so yummy I end up finishing them too quickly! In a perfect world it would be good if there could be a more energy dense version that takes up less volume to make carrying the gel around on the mega long training sessions a bit easier.

Started using flow gel and the reusable flow flasks for ease of use over individual gels during gravel events, much easer to use while moving, less sticky hands and less chance of accidently littering as well. Have got on great with the flow gel formular as well.
