PF 300 Flow Gel

I have been using in a soft flask for marathon training. Being a bit more fluid makes it easy to take on, even at marathon pace. Would recommend.

Quite new to this product but it makes a huge difference out on the bike. Not only gives you the nutrition you need during the ride but works so well with the flow bottle which makes it much easier than dealing with standard gels and left over waste to carry during the ride. Great product

Best gels for 200 milers! Great neutral taste that doesn't get old and it in a huge pouch so I dont have to carry a dozen different packets. Love it!

I like that all the gels are 30g carbs. Makes the maths simple! Many others on the market have 23g, 27g etc. It’s easier when it’s a round number. They just taste like sugar, no overwhelming flavour, which I like. I will say that the caffeine gels taste slightly odd, but it’s fine. I love the mint and lemon carb chews, they’re absolutely excellent.

Top notch gels and hydration drink mix - I've used all of the different gels (regular, caffeine, 90g big pouch & Flow Gel, and they've all been excellent throughout a marathon training block and on race day itself. Love the small touches, such as the tops of the gel pouches remaining attached once open, rather than flying off / getting dropped. Consistency, taste, size, performance - all excellent, and no GI issues, which can be a concern when taking on 60-90g fuel per hour.

I've only just started using Precision Hydrations 250 Sodium Capsules and the Flow Gel, however both have helped on long runs and cycles, would recommend to anyone, and the helpful website and quick delivery is a big tick too!

These are simply the best products that I have ever used. I have been doing Ironman for over 12 years now and used most of the top brands. I recently converted to Precision Hydration as the tick all of the boxes, easy to digest, packed with carbs and electrolytes, and the best thing is that the hydration and energy products have no flavour which means you can simply mix these with your favourite cordial for the perfect taste. Overall these are a great products.
