PF 300 Flow Gel

These are simply the best products that I have ever used. I have been doing Ironman for over 12 years now and used most of the top brands. I recently converted to Precision Hydration as the tick all of the boxes, easy to digest, packed with carbs and electrolytes, and the best thing is that the hydration and energy products have no flavour which means you can simply mix these with your favourite cordial for the perfect taste. Overall these are a great products.

So far the best gel I've had. I love the convenience of the packaging and the size, so that I can get in the right amount of carbs without having to open multiple packages. Also it tastes really good and sits in my stomach perfectly.

So far i have tried a combination of their products and all have worked exceptionally for me. The electrolytes tablets in my experience have a slightly sweeter natural taste and not to salty. With other companies electrolytes seemed to be a bit to salty in taste for my liking. The gels have are an on going experiment which is turning out to overly positive so far. The Team was great with addressing all my questions and helping figure out my hydration and fuelling strategy, from their Free Hydration plan to a 1:1 call with knowledgeable staff. I tried some of their products, which tasted great and didn't upset my stomach at all. Things worked as mentioned by the team and product descriptions.

I love the gels. So easy to take on and taste so much better than other gels that are on the market. I am also a big fan of the bigger pouches to decant into the flow bottle for longer rides and runs such a good idea. Also delivery is so quick which is always good when I leave it last minute to get my gels before a long run 🤣

Ive struggled for a while with the gels, for digestion, amount to carry and take and taste. I thought I would give these a try after my 19 miler 2 week before left me almost hitting the wall. I completed a 20 miler using the 300g flow pouch and the run went so much better. Well as good as a 20 mile run can go.
