PF 300 Flow Gel

The 90g gel bag is great and I digest the formula well. It's great to know that I essentially have enough carbs in one bag to last me just under an hour and saves me lots of space from unnecessary wrappers. The only improvement I would suggest is to change the 90g cap so that it is easier to close and open the gel while cycling, when you only have one hand easily available. Great product. I particularly like the gels — they are easy to consume, have a good consistency, and taste great. The caffeine boost is especially beneficial towards the end of a long run when you need that extra push.
