Just ordered mt 2nd batch, I've tried lots of gels and carb drinks and these work really well for me. I find them gentle on the stomach, easy to digest and they taste good. Most importantly, I've managed some of my best times using these on marathons and halfs. Would fully recommend and delivered quickly too

I wanted gels for my first century bike ride event, especially since I struggled with my training leading up to it. I had tried other store-bought options but they didn’t work for me; either they were poor tasting, too thick, or difficult to open. Purchased the 30g carb and 30g carb+caffeine gels and loved them! They taste great, are smooth to eat, and super easy to open! Plus, I completed by century ride without muscle cramping along with minimal DOMS! Definitely could’ve put in more miles if I needed to! Loved the ones I had so much that I went ahead and purchased a couple larger boxes for my next events! Definitely will be recommending them to everyone!
Excellent products: Evidence/Science and Grit based
At the 2026 Western States 100, I am planning to go from DNF in 2025 to getting the coveted WS buckle with time to spare. I have used PF&H since October 2025 and almost everything about my running has changed since. I would love to go after each of my DNFs: The HURT 100; IMTUF; and Grindstone 100 with the knowledge of excellent products from PF&H and a team of sports scientists supporting my efforts. Life of short and I want to make the most of it as a 54 year old adventurer - I am confident that my best running is still ahead of me.
