Perfect hydration
Discovered Precision ahead of IM Victoria 2026. Probably the best electrolytes I've used. Tried the gels and chew as well since, which are decent.
Great Products, Great Brand
I first started using Precision Fuel & Hydration products last year, beginning with the PF30 gels. One of the biggest things for me was how easy they were on my stomach compared to other products I'd tried, which gave me the confidence to gradually explore more of the range. Since then, I've become a big fan of the brand. The products are great, but I also love everything else that comes with it. The marketing is spot on, the London Marathon photo shoot had me laughing, and I enjoy following the athletes and events that Precision gets involved with. I'm currently training for my first Backyard Ultra, and Precision Fuel & Hydration has become my go to for fuelling and hydration. From training runs to race preparation, I feel like they have everything I need to give myself the best chance of performing well on the day. Great products, great content, and a brand that genuinely seems to understand endurance athletes.

The PF30 chews were incredible, full stop. I usually am a liquid-adjacent-only guy when it comes to heavy sessions, but had been told to try the chews for the longest time, and finally caved to try them. Very happy I decided to do so, as these are incredible. Super light, easy to digest and don't gum up your mouth at all, and honestly a nice change from liquid carbs and electrolytes during training. The lemon flavor is incredible with the original a close second, and this is a guaranteed edition to my fuel plan (seeing as I went and bought a whole pack right after haha)
PF30s are the way to go
The pf30s taste wonderful and sit nicely in my stomach. Was able to get one down every 20 minutes no problem during race day. These will be my go to from now on

Really great gel. Not as viscose as most - really easy to take them while riding and the flavour is not overpowering. Love them.
These work for me!!
I used the starter pack whilst running 54km during a fairly warm and sunny day. The gels tasted great, and I especially liked the caffeine option. I'm a sweaty runner and used the 1500 capsules in my drinks and one sodium capsule toward the end. I felt good all day, had no cramps or overly fatigued legs. Importantly, I had no stomach issues, and am confident these products work for me. Easy to use products with great supporting info, fast delivery.

Great for Ironman Training and Racing
I started using a combo of the gels, the drink and the electrolyte tabs for my long Ironman training rides. I really enjoy the taste and I have had no issues at all moving from 40-80 g/ hour and will use them for my race. Highly recommend.
