If you haven't guessed, Cool Runnings is one of our favourite movies.
Like the 1988 Jamaican bobsled team, we're a motley crew who, through a mix of passion, perseverance and teamwork, are striving toward a goal. To rid the world of hunger flats, bonking and hitting the wall.
“Hey, Sanka! Ya dehydrated?”

When she's not coffee-hopping around the fantastic cafes or exploring the endless trails, Rach is out sweat testing athletes in the area and building relationships with local brands as a part of our Athlete Support crew.
With a background as an amateur boxer, Rach signed up for her first triathlon in 2018 naïvely thinking, "how hard can it be?!". Before long, the bug had bitten and she hasn't looked back!
