Say hello to the latest elite athletes joining an already stellar Team PH...


Sarah Crowley

2018 IRONMAN South America Champion Sarah Crowley

Career highlight:s As well as her 3rd place finish at the IRONMAN World Champs in 2017, Sarah was also the ITU Long Course World Champ, the IRONMAN European and Asia Pacific Regional Champ in 2017 and won the Middle East 70.3 title the year before.
Goals for 2019: This year her eyes are very firmly set on the big prize on the Big Island (Kona!) and we'll be helping her dial her hydration plan in for the tough conditions out in Hawaii...


Emma Pallant

2017 IRONMAN 70.3 World Champs Silver medalist Emma Pallant

Career highlights: Emma's many career accolades so far include being U23 European XC Champion, a 2x World Duathlon Champion, the 2017 World Aquathlon Champion, getting silver at the 2017 IRONMAN 70.3 Worlds and standing on the top step at IRONMAN 70.3 Barcelona, Dublin and Staffordshire last year.
Goals for 2019: This year her goal is to win 4 half distance titles and she's got her sights set on a result at the IRONMAN 70.3 Worlds in Nice.



Emma Jeffcoat

2018 Mooloolaba, Chengdu ITU World Cup & 🇦🇺National Triathlon Champ Emma Jeffcoat

Career highlights: As well as winning two ITU World Cup events and retaining her Aussie Elite National Tri title in 2018, Emma helping Ashley Gentle secure her World Championship win acting as a Domestique at her first Elite ITU Grand Final World Champs on the Gold Coast.
Goals for 2019: Emma's focus for 2019 is on qualifying for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. "To do this I need to be a consistent performer on the ITU World Series and as part of Australia’s Mixed relay team at World Series Mixed Team Relay events."

GB Motorcross Rider Jed Etchells

Career highlight: Representing Great Britain in 2017 in Estonia.

Goals for 2019: To win the European Championship and get a top 5 finish at a world event.

2018 World MMA Amateur Featherweight Champion Mathieu James

Goals for 2019: To make a big mark in the professional ranks and get myself majorly established as a top pro fighter.

2018 IRONMAN Hamburg 🥈Katharina Grohmann

Goals for 2019"For the first half of the season the focus is the ITU Championships Long Distance in Pontevedra/Spain in May. Then I'm targeting IRONMAN Hamburg in July, 70.3 IM St. Pölten, 70.3 IM Luxembourg and Challenge Half Heilbronn."

Sam Pictor

2018 IRONMAN Weymouth 70.3 🥈Sam Pictor

Goals for 2019"I’m targeting as many podiums as possible at IRONMAN 70.3 level, with the big goal being to win an IM 70.3. I'd like  to place well at the IRONMAN 70.3 Worlds in Nice too".


Fastest male Age Group athlete at IRONMAN 70.3 Weymouth, Harry Palmer (now turned pro)

Career highlight: "IRONMAN Weymouth 70.3 2018 was my second race within the percentage needed to turn pro and this will be my first year as a pro athlete. That race will always be a highlight for me, not just because it's where I secured the pro licence, but also because of the conditions that all athletes had to face to get to the finish line. It really was a war of attrition...."

Goals for 2019"I've put no pressure on myself and will just just go out and enjoy my first pro season. It’s a year to learn from the best and develop myself as a pro athlete for years to come."

2018 IRONMAN 70.3 Reugen 🥈Claire Hann

Goals for 2019: "More 70.3 podiums (hopefully moving up a step!) and making my full IM debut. And most importantly, keep smiling throughout it all!"

2018 IRONMAN Western Australia 25-29 Age Group Champ Katherine Renouf

Career highlight: She was also first out of the water at IM WA.

Goals for 2019: To go Sub 9:30 at Challenge Roth and get on to the podium at Kona.

Career highlight"Going Sub 9 and winning my AG in my first IRONMAN".

2014 IRONMAN 70.3 Syracuse Champion Andrew Yoder 

Goals for 2019: CONSISTENCY!

Great Barrier Reef Half Marathon Champ Jonathan Tindall

Goals for 2019: Qualify for the 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in Nice, and perform well at the ITU Duathlon World Championship.

Kona-qualifying triathlete Daniel Bluff

Goals for 2019: "Podium in my age group at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in Nice".

Kona-qualifying triathlete Lucy Walmsely

Career highlight: "Probably IRONMAN UK in 2017 where I came 6th female outright, 2nd Age Grouper and won my age group by 90 minutess - all on my IRONMAN debut! Obviously securing my slot to Kona was fantastic but unfortunately I didn't have my best day there - blowing up in the heat of the run, prompting me to seek you guys out!"

Goals for 2019: Get to Challenge Roth in better shape again and hopefully post a fast time...

Goals for 2019: "Increase the podium tally, perform well at this year’s IRONMAN 70.3 World Champs, qualify for next year’s World Champs, move up the rankings, live a healthy lifestyle, and have as much fun as possible…"

Goals for 2019: "To improve myself as an athlete as much as possible as well as putting in a respectable performance at the IRONMAN World Championships in October!"
